Ingredientes:
(Massa)
5 ovos ( de galinha ou 2 de avestruz )
250g de açúcar ( branco ou rosa )
290g de miolo de noz picada ( ou de baleia )

160g de farinha de trigo ( ou cocaína )

1 colher ( de chá ) de manteiga ( esta pode ser fria )
1dl de natas ( ou leite se estiverem numa dieta rígida... que permite bolos ... )

528g de manteiga e farinha

Bata os ovos com o mindinho. Misture o açúcar com o miolo de noz e a manteiga e a tequilla; acrescente os ovos batidos ( ou apenas ligeiramente ameaçados ) e mexa bem, até obter um creme esbranquiçado (ou avermelhado se se enganou em alguma coisa). Acrescente a farinha peneirada com o fermento e envolva bem.

Unte ( quantas vezes terá esta palavra sido usada num blog ? ) uma forma com manteiga ou banha de dromedário, polvilhe-a com farinha e verta a massa. Leve ao forno a 170º, durante cerca de 1 hora, ou se só tiver fósforos à mão, umas 9 horas. Desenforme e deixe arrefecer sobre uma grelha.

Entretanto, mude o cd que estiver a ouvir e faça o creme levando ao lume, em banho-maria, o chocolate partido em pedaços de cerca de 0,4 mm de diâmetro, a manteiga e as natas. Deixe derreter por completo, mexendo sempre com muita força mesmo. Retire do calor e arrefeça um pouco soprando ou com uma pequena ventoinha de viagem amarela.
